A footprint, a trace.
The name joins the Italian word orma, footprint, with the English trace: the mark every intervention leaves on the machine, and the trail that lets you reconstruct it.
Ormatrace is developed by BLUDOCKNET SRL, a company based in Rubano, near Padua in north-east Italy, working in industrial IoT and on-machine artificial intelligence.
We know it from the machine side: with Box4AI we measure vibration and the health of motors and equipment for predictive maintenance, and with Vision4AI we bring computer vision directly onto the line. Ormatrace grew out of this: the machine builders we work with already had the machine's data, but no way to prove what was happening to it.
Our principles
- Never promise more than can be proven. Ormatrace supports the requirements; it does not certify.
- Verifiable from outside. An open protocol and signatures you can check without trusting us.
- On the machine builder's side. We work on the single machine, for whoever designed it.
